Drone surveys allow us to inspect roofs, chimneys, façades, gutters and other high level areas without scaffolding or a cherry picker in most cases.

You get clear imagery of what is there now, plus practical commentary on defects, risk and likely repairs. We use drone outputs to support building surveys, pre acquisition work, dilapidations, planned maintenance and site progress records.
