Project Overview:
Bsurv was commissioned by the landlord to carry out a comprehensive dilapidations assessment on a dilapidated industrial airport hangar within Throckmorton Industrial Park.
Site Context:
Throckmorton Industrial Park, a former airfield, covers approximately 311 acres (126 hectares) and comprises 212,681 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space. The park includes five former aircraft hangars ranging from 29,028 sq ft to 64,165 sq ft, along with ancillary office and industrial buildings up to 8,012 sq ft.
