Bsurv was appointed to assess the feasibility of developing a new dwelling within the side garden of an existing corner-plot property. Despite the extremely constrained nature of the site, a carefully considered design approach enabled the successful delivery of a new three-bedroom detached home.

The proposal was sensitively designed to complement the scale, character, and rhythm of the surrounding properties, resulting in the successful grant of planning permission by Bsurv. Bsurv also secured full building control approval, guiding the project through the technical stages to ensure compliance.
