Bsurv were appointed to provide planning and Building Regulations drawings for the development of four new semi-detached residential properties in Beaconsfield.

Working closely with the client, we developed a coordinated set of planning drawings that responded to the site constraints and local planning requirements, supporting a clear and well-considered proposal. Following the planning stage, we prepared detailed Building Regulations drawings and acted as Building Regulations Principal Designer to ensure the design complied fully with current statutory requirements and was ready for construction.

Our technical input helped streamline the approval process and provided the client with clear, buildable information, supporting a smooth transition from planning through to construction.
