Project Overview:
Bsurv was commissioned to convert a centrally located stone building, which provided retail accommodation on the ground floor and office space on the first floor, into a mixed-use property with residential units. The goal was to maximise the number of flats while maintaining the building’s character and compliance with regulations.

• Converting office space into residential flats while strictly adhering to fire safety regulations.
• Maximising usable space within existing building constraints.
• Integrating new dormers and Velux windows to increase natural light and accommodate six flats over the first and second floors.
