Hartopp Road, Sutton Coldfield

The client sought a larger more contemporary kitchen-diner. In place of the existing conservatory, we designed a larger corner infill extension with a flat roof and a feature roof lantern to maximize natural light. The interior was opened up by removing walls to create a larger, flowing kitchen-diner space. Located within a conservation area, the design was carefully crafted to complement the character of the existing house while enhancing both functionality and light.
