The client brief called for a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complemented by a separate utility and WC. Bsurv responded with a single-storey rear extension combined with carefully considered internal alterations to fully realise the brief.

To maximise natural light and create a sense of openness, the extension features a large roof lantern and bifold doors, allowing light to flow throughout the new living space and enhancing the connection with the garden.
