Following a devastating fire, the original three-bedroom detached dwelling was deemed beyond repair and required full demolition. The project presented an opportunity to reimagine the site and deliver a contemporary replacement home.

Bsurv led the design from inception, securing both planning permission and building control approval for a new five-bedroom modern detached residence. The proposed design responds to the site context while significantly enhancing the scale, functionality, and architectural quality of the original property.
