This development included the construction of a new build four-bedroom detached dwelling within the client’s existing garden land. The client’s key requirement was to provide a sense of space to the main entrance hall, along with creating and open plan kitchen dining area to the heart of the property. Our services included preparing initial conceptual design drawings, preparing planning drawings, preparing detailed design building regulations tender drawings and obtaining building regulations approval.
