Our client’s brief was to design a contemporary single storey rear extension, to create an large open plan kitchen/dining area to the rear of the property. Light grey render, floor to ceiling windows, sky lantern and grey aluminium bi-folding doors were used to create an ultra-modern appearance to the extension, to contrast the traditional 1950’s original house. Internally, a high specification contemporary kitchen fit out was installed to create a excellent kitchen dining space.
