Our client’s brief was to design a single storey rear extension within permitted development guidance (4m x 4m footprint). In addition to the extension, careful removal of the existing internal wall between the dining room and kitchen created an open plan feel to the newly installed kitchen, whilst the sky lantern and bi-folding doors to the new extension ensured high levels of natural light into the rear of the property.
