Vicky is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 20 years’ experience in building surveying and architectural design. Vicky brings extensive expertise across both the public and private sectors, delivering building surveying, project management and architectural design services.
Vicky has played an active role within RICS throughout her career, previously serving on the RICS Building Surveying Conference Group Board and regularly presenting and chairing sessions at RICS Building Surveying Conferences. She has also contributed to the profession through her involvement in the RICS working groups for the updated Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Guidance Note and the APC Building Surveying Pathway Guide.
Her experience spans commercial, industrial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. Vicky is accredited to Level 3 in Fire Safety and has acted as Building Regulations Principal Designer on a number of significant education, healthcare, commercial and residential projects.
She has extensive experience in architectural design, contract administration, party wall surveys, dilapidations, condition survey programmes, defect diagnosis and repair, technical due diligence and building regulations compliance.
