Meet Vicky
Vicky is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 20 years’ experience in building surveying and architectural design. She has worked across both the public and private sectors, providing a broad range of building surveying, project management and architectural design services.
Throughout her career, Vicky has taken an active role within RICS, previously serving on the RICS Building Surveying Conference Group Board and regularly presenting and chairing sessions at national Building Surveying Conferences. She has also contributed to the profession through her involvement in RICS working groups, including the updated Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Guidance Note and the APC Building Surveying Pathway Guide.
Vicky’s experience spans the commercial, industrial, residential, education and healthcare sectors. She is accredited to Level 3 in Fire Safety and has acted as Building Regulations Principal Designer on a wide range of projects, including complex education, healthcare, commercial and residential schemes. Her expertise includes planned maintenance, architectural design, contract administration, party wall matters, dilapidations, condition and defect surveys, technical due diligence and building regulations compliance.
